These Terms govern your use of the Close More Jobs website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Close More Jobs provides contractor-focused website and lead-response services, which may include website design, hosting and maintenance, lead capture, missed-call text-back, website chat, CRM pipeline setup, automated follow-up, review-request workflows, reporting, and optional advertising services. The specific services depend on the written scope you approve.
Term & billing
- All engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel with notice as described in your service agreement.
- The advertised $297 monthly price applies to the standard Contractor Website Plan scope. Your written service agreement controls the final scope, fees, included usage, and any third-party costs.
- Advertising management and advertising budget are not included in the foundation plan unless stated in writing. Advertising budget runs on your own accounts and is not marked up by Close More Jobs.
Your accounts & ownership
Your domain, contacts, lead data, and advertising accounts stay under your control. We do not sell your leads or mark up your advertising budget. Access to hosted pages, licensed software, automations, maintenance, and other subscription services continues only while the applicable service is active unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Landing pages and websites
When included in your approved scope, we may build, host, maintain, or improve your website and landing pages. The standard plan does not charge a separate website build fee. Hosting, maintenance, reasonable edits, and connected services continue while the subscription is active unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Results
Marketing results vary and depend on your market, budget, responsiveness, pricing, sales process, seasonality, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, jobs, insurance approvals, revenue, profit, or return on ad spend. Any performance commitments must be agreed in writing before launch.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Close More Jobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding month.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your signed service agreement, if any. Otherwise, applicable law will determine the governing jurisdiction.
